Open Day May 2026 Zone Coordinator Group - set up to enable communication with GLs only - GL1s & GL2s Set up by the Groups Coordinator
Hello - As you will be aware Open Day is fast approaching. If you have a video for the loop to be played on the day please forward.  We have 11.30am-12.30pm covered on our stall but we still need cover for 
10.30am-11.30am
12.30pm-1.30pm
1.30pm-2.30pm
2.30pm-3.30pm (clear up)
2 people needed for each hour.  Obviously I will be able to cover some of these times but would prefer a break now and then!  Please let me know if you are able to help out with this and if not could you ask your group members if they are willing to help.  We need some information about your groups to be able to inform although most of them are self explanatory.
