Croquet is an ideal game to play in the summer months between May and September. We play at Congleton Cricket Club on Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons, and are invited to visit other clubs occasionally during the summer. Some of us also choose to continue playing in the winter (not in Congleton).
We welcome new members whether they have played before or not. Our experienced players are always willing to help beginners: starter sessions will be held in August (before Registration Day) and again at the start of the following season when beginners will be taught the basics of the game.
Emails are sent every week to confirm whether each session goes ahead. Members are required to inform the group leader or deputy the day before play if they intend to attend.
